Teleinformatyk (Telecommunications Dwarf)

Three years ago the dwarf Teleinformatyk was accused of wiretapping. This was entirely without proof or trace, and rather mere speculation since this dwarf happens to be an expert on all things telephony at the Secondary School of Electronic Data Communication. He can usually be seen hard at work, with a handset to his ear, proving his constant dedication to hassle-free telecommunications in the city. Currently he is involved in negotiating online access for all Wrocław wee ones. Wireless cameras are of course very manageable, and, during long conversations dwarves are free of any sores on their tiny hands.
