The news to put the house on St. Nicholas street up for sale spread like wildfire throughout the world of dwarves. More than a dozen enterprising elves arrived with handsome offers. In a city visited by so many tourists, there must necessarily be a lot of places to lay one’s head! The old tenement near the Market Square is best suited for this job. “I’m in it with my eyes closed!” thought the Dwarf Lunatyk. Together with his partners Mielnicki & O’Sullivan, he presented the city councilors with an estate development plan and won the bid. It is quite rightly said that one should never sleep on an opportunity!
