On the doorstep of the historic “Dom Lekarza” building - the new headquarters of the Lower Silesian Chamber of Physicians - you can meet the dwarf known as Eskulapek. He appeared there on Św. Łukasz’s Day, who is the Patron Saint of physicians, with the rod of Asclepius, symbolizing rebirth and longevity. The elf is an honorary member of the society and has the honor of turning medical students into doctors.
