Rejent (Notary)

This Notary Dwarf, residing in the notary office at Ruska 5, is an expert on law and the guardian of age old stamps. This sympathetic elf, unlike his silent cousin, the father of Clara Dwarf, is happy to draw up all kinds of acts. He signs every document with a huge quill pen, and putting an official seal on a document he quotes to his cousin, “Let the sky do what it will, you have no choice but to agree with it.” He’s a great talker but when it comes to professional matters it’s hush-hush - he won’t say a word!
