The Dwarf Rozkwietnik from the Nadodrza district, is the main moderator of the “Minority Report” discussion and a scientific consultant for the Centre for Sustainable Community Development in Wroclaw. The educational engagement of citizens and research into urban areas are this dwarf’s bread and butter. He takes up challenges on many social fronts, and even volunteered as a model for the workshop for the “Youth in Action” program. Since then he wears a mohawk and promotes the motto: The most important thing is to ride the wave and go with the flow of life!
