Pan (Mr.) Twardowski

Some argue that Mr. Twardowski is watching us through a telescope from the Moon, and others that he’s holed up in the basement of the Łęczycki Castle, but low and behold, here’s a bit of a surprise! Still standing, he’s drinking and smoking in the Karczma Rzym tavern near Wroclaw. Apparently Twardowski couldn’t bring himself to totally abandon the comforting confines of this Inn where they serve tasty morsels that you can wash down with many a tasty beverage too. Or maybe in this unique place he couldn’t part ways with his ​​companion Boruta? There are, after all, plenty of places to sleep, and the perfect place to invite friends for a sumptuous feast of fresh fish from the Bystrzycy River!
