Firefighters

That fateful day when a terrible fire engulfed the St. Elizabeth Church, the Firefigther dwarves showed incredible courage. What kind of scene it was! Waves of fire quickly swept over the roof of the cathedral, and the sky was covered in plumes of smoke.

The fire brigade were first on the scene and without hesitation joined the rescue operation. The noble gnomes rolled out the hoses, climbed up on ladders and sprayed steady streams of water over the smoldering walls of the church. The fearless firefighters risked their lives to save the priceless church artefacts. Convinced that it’s better to be safe than sorry, they stand vigil on the church square to this day.
