Centrozłomek

Centrozłomek the Dwarf - a figurine of a Wrocław dwarf unveiled in 2026, funded by Centrozłom Wrocław S.A. The sculpture shows a dwarf standing on a miniature wheeled excavator (grapple type), referring to the equipment used in intervention works. The dwarf is dressed in working clothes - overalls and a vest. A characteristic element of the composition is the machine's boom with a gripper at the end, which refers to activities involving the removal of blockages from the riverbed. The structural elements of the machine, wheels and stabilizers are visible. There is a marking on the body of the machine referring to the founder. Dwarf Centrozłomek refers to technical work and activities related to maintaining the security of urban infrastructure. It also refers to the use of heavy equipment during floods, including those in 1997, 2010 and 2024. The sculpture refers, among others, to: for activities carried out during the flood in Wrocław, including related works
maintaining the river's patency and removing blockages.
