Ancymonek

📍 Wagonowa 2/1, Przedszkole "Ancymonek"

The dwarf Ancymonek appeared in Wrocław as a symbol of courage, understanding and uniqueness of children on the autism spectrum. He is a little hero with a big heart who reminds us every day that we are different - and that is what makes the world more beautiful. Ancymonek holds a colorful puzzle in his hands - a puzzle that has been an international sign of autism awareness for years. His attitude is open, and his characteristic smile encourages you to come closer, stop for a moment and look at the world through the eyes of a child: with curiosity, tenderness and acceptance. He is a dwarf who teaches that each child develops at his own pace, has his own talents and his own way of perceiving reality. It reminds passers-by that support, empathy and patience can change someone's day - especially this small, important day of a child on the spectrum. Ancymonek stands proudly here as an ambassador of the Foundation and therapists who accompany children in discovering the world every day. It is also a sign of gratitude to parents who fight for a better tomorrow for their children. It's not just a dwarf. It is a symbol of hope, understanding and strength of little heroes who show us how much we can learn by loving diversity.
