Boss - Stare Więzienie

Dwarf Boss visits Wrocław. This time he visited the Old Prison located at 6 Więzienna Street in the Old Town. This 15th century building used to be a prison with a real torture chamber! In the dungeons, convicts were kept waiting for their punishment.

Today, this medieval building houses the Institute of Archeology of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Archaeologists study what is underground and touch the true history of our city. During their work they find real treasures! Clay dishes, ceramic cups or silver coins. In the prison building there is an exhibition about the treasures of the Incas from Peru and methods of treasure hunting, including remote sensing!

It is worth sitting for a moment together with Dwarf Boss in this beautiful place.

Dwarf can be visited daily from 9:00 to 19:00.
If you manage to get inside, be sure to ask for a stamp with a dwarf!
